Wehrmacht soldiers, Polish partisans, medieval knights, peasants, and monks… Pride in heroes, nostalgia for bygone times, various forms of resentment… The colorful world of historical reenactment is as fascinating to the main character as it is difficult to fully grasp. Encouraged by a more experienced friend, she decides to introduce new rules of her own into this world. But she soon discovers that she will have to confront her own weaknesses and the weight of centuries of history.
